Erica is currently the Chief Commercial & Sustainability Officer of Chaberton Energy, where she leads their origination and sustainability programs. Previous to joining Chaberton, she was Chief Commercial Officer & Head of ESG for the global leader in renewable energy, Array Technologies. In this role she led the product management, customer & product support, marketing & product management, strategy, ESG, sales enablement and government relations. Before joining Array, Erica spent 10 years with blue chip leader, Honeywell where she was Chief Marketing Officer and Vice President Commercial Excellence.
