Erica Brinker Joins Chaberton Energy as Chief Commercial & Sustainability Officer

August 2, 2023 – Erica Brinker was appointed Chief Commercial & Sustainability Officer (CCSO), a newly created role that will drive strategic growth through commercial excellence efforts and emphasize Chaberton Energy’s focus on sustainability.  “As we consider our exponential growth and increasing demand for our offerings, we sought to expand our leadership capabilities. Combining the commercial side of our business and sustainability in this critical role was intentional because we see the two so inextricably linked. Commercial viability while focusing on sustainability and equity is at the heart of who we are as a company,” said Stefano Ratti, CEO of Chaberton Energy. “Erica brings an abundance of experience in building global brands and driving business growth. Her business acumen, entrepreneurial spirit, and passion for sustainability align with our core values of creativity, excellence and humanity.”

Erica has over 25 years of diverse commercial, marketing, brand management, corporate communications and business development experience.  She joins Chaberton Energy from Array Technologies (Nasdaq: ARRY), a leading solar technology company, where she was Chief Commercial Officer and Head of ESG. Previously she held leadership positions with Honeywell International (Nasdaq: HON), where she most recently served as Chief Marketing Officer.

Prior to joining Honeywell in 2011, Erica held various leadership roles within software, technology, industrial, healthcare, aerospace, retail and hospitality companies with brands including Polo Ralph Lauren (NYSE: RL), Tiffany & Company (Nasdaq: LVMHF) and Kate Spade.  Erica earned a Bachelor’s degree from Pennsylvania State University and earned her MBA in International Business from the Thunderbird School of Global Management at Arizona State University. She also earned a certificate in Sustainable Business from Harvard University.

“I’m thrilled to join Chaberton during this critical inflection point in the business.  I look forward to moving strategic initiatives forward during such an exciting period of growth and innovation,” Brinker said. “Chaberton’s emphasis on sustainability and equity is just one of the many reasons for joining the team. The company and its leadership truly care about the positive impact of its business, and believes that you can do well financially, while also doing good for the communities and its stakeholders.”
