Who is Santino?

Santino is no ordinary mascot—he’s the embodiment of Chaberton’s values, commitment to sustainability, and passion for making a positive impact on the environment and community. With his bright yellow sunburst body, cheerful smile, and energetic personality, this radiant character represents our connection to both the natural world and the future we’re building through clean energy.

Where Did Santino Come From?

Santino’s story begins with Mount Chaberton, a real mountain in the Italian Alps, and the namesake of our company. As a guardian spirit of the mountain, Santino watched over its natural beauty and diverse ecosystems for generations. When our company formed and took the mountain’s name, Santino felt an immediate connection to our mission. Drawn to our commitment to clean energy and environmental stewardship, he took the form of a vibrant sun character and joined our team as the face of our commitment to a sustainable future. 

What Does Santino Do?

Santino is Chaberton’s biggest supporter! With his bright smile and sunny disposition, he’s here to make clean energy exciting, educate people about the benefits of solar power and battery storage, and ensure that every project stays true to our core values. Whether he’s representing us in the community, connecting with landowners, or celebrating new projects, Santino brings energy (clean energy, of course!) and enthusiasm to everything he does.

“I like to think of myself as Chaberton’s solar-powered ambassador! My job is to make clean energy exciting, help people understand the benefits of solar power and battery storage, explain community solar, and make sure we’re always working with the greater good in mind.”
