NOTICE OF 3rd PUBLIC COMMENT HEARING 

A public comment hearing in the above-entitled matter scheduled for Monday, May 19, 2025 at 7:00 p.m., via virtual platform, concerning Chaberton Solar Ramiere LLC’s application for a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity (CPCN) from the Maryland Public Service Commission.  

If any member of the public would like to speak at the hearing, you may sign up through the Public Service Commission of Maryland’s (“the Commission”) website https://www.psc.state.md.us/ by Friday, May 16, 2025. Under the “Featured Topics” section on the right side of the website, take the following steps: click on Public Comment Hearing Signup; click on Case No. 9733; click on May 19, 2025; select 7:00 p.m. and click on “next”; and enter your name and email address and click “Schedule Event.” You will receive a zoom link for the meeting once you have completed the sign-up process. Written comments on the proposed Project may be submitted electronically or by first class mail. Comments submitted electronically must be submitted through the Commission’s Public Comment Dropbox, which can be accessed through the Commission’s website at www.psc.state.md.us. Instructions for logging into the Public Comment Dropbox are located under the “Tools” section of the Commission’s website under the “Make a Public Comment” tab, which can be accessed via the following link: www.psc.state.md.us/make-a-public-comment. Commenters utilizing the Public Comment Dropbox are required to complete a one-time registration. All comments must include a reference to Case No. 9733. If submitted by first-class mail, comments must be addressed to Jamie Bergin, Chief Clerk, Maryland Public Service Commission, William Donald Schaefer Tower, 6 St. Paul Street, 16th Floor, Baltimore, Maryland 21202.  

Pursuant to the Commission’s March 13, 2020 Notice of Waiver and Relaxed Filing Requirements, no paper copies need to be submitted if the filing is public in nature and no more than 25 pages in length. The Commission encourages parties to use the Commission’s “e-file” system for filing.
