Project Greyrock, developed by Chaberton Energy and owned by Pivot Energy, will provide affordable, clean energy to roughly 570 residents and small businesses within the Delmarva service area through a solar energy credit program. The project will help residents reduce their electricity costs and connect to the benefits of solar energy without the need for physical installation of panels on their own property. Diakonia is a Chaberton Cares recipient and local nonprofit serving unhoused individuals throughout the lower Eastern Shore, including Wicomico County. Future Farmers of America partnered with Chaberton to visit Project Greyrock and learn more about the benefits of agrivoltaics. These partnerships highlight our dedication to being a good neighbor while providing the opportunity for residents to have access to clean, affordable energy.
