May 12, 2021 – Chaberton Energy Holdings, Inc. (“Chaberton Energy”), has been selected by Greenbacker Renewable Energy Company (“GREC”), to develop a portfolio of projects in Montana, Wyoming, and South Dakota, which GREC recently acquired from Broad Reach Power. The portfolio of projects represents over 200 MWDC of solar energy capacity, fully contracted under long-term agreements, and a capital investment of over $200 million over the next 12-18 months. Chaberton Energy will provide a broad set of services to complete the projects’ development phase on behalf of GREC, and ensuring a smooth transition into construction and operations.
